		<description>Great post Laurie!  It&#039;s encouraging to see these humanizing changes in the legal work environment.  I wonder if it represents a shift to focusing on holistic law - not just for lawyers and clients, but their support staff too?

On a business level it makes sense if a law firm wants to retain quality staff.  Offering true work-life balance options creates a win-win situation where employers create a more productive business because employees are more dedicated to their job due to the benefits it offers.</description>
