I think this may be one of the most difficult things for clients to determine is how much time they may need a VA for. Most clients only know that they don’t have the time to do it themselves. I like the different billable options that you have given clients to consider,when they are trying to determine how much time a project may take. I try to be flexible in this area myself with my clients.

However, I do think that most VA’s that outsource their work do make their clients aware that this is what they do. At least the VA’s I know do. But it is important for clients to be aware that some VA’s do outsource their work. Like you, I do not currently outsource any of my work.
